OVERVIEW
As a resource for clients needing someone to manage a project from beginning to end, fill a management gap on a project or within their organization, or provide management-related services focused on a specific project phase, aspect, task or activity, my services can be provided either as an extension of staff or independently, and in either a leadership or supporting role. In a leadership role, examples include managing a design and construction project from beginning to end, or managing a specific phase (such as schematic design) or aspect (such as interior design). Examples of services in a supporting role include performing specific tasks (such as contract preparation and negotiation) or activities (such as inter-disciplinary design coordination).
