Hello, I am Jack Parker, a licensed architect and project management specialist with over 30 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry, predominately in leadership and management positions on a diverse range of interesting and challenging projects. Known as a collaborator, consensus builder, and hands-on project manager, I have worked for owners; planning, design, and project management consulting firms; and builders.

Channeling the experience and expertise that I have gained and developed throughout my career into HRE Project Management Consulting, I provide a wide range of project management services—from project definition through delivery—tailored to the specific needs of my clients and their projects. Working either as an extension of staff or independently, and in either a leadership or supporting role, I am a resource for clients needing someone to manage a project from beginning to end, fill a management gap on a project or within their organization, or provide management-related services focused on a specific project phase, aspect, task, or activity.
