Provide independent, extension-of-staff, and/or task-based project management consulting services. Representative projects and services provided include the following:
Led planning and document production activities for and resulting in city planning approval of a 50-acre mixed-use development in Pearland, TX. Also prepared implementation strategy, scope of design services, and overall schedule. Clients: Modern Land, China, owner and developer; Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), planner and architect.
Prepared scope of design services and design schedule, coordinated design and construction schedules, and coordinated design and construction contracts for renovation and modernization of the passenger terminal at San Juan International Airport, PR. Client: Hunt Construction, prime design-build contractor.
Managed planning and preparation of a project definition document for terminal expansion and renovation at Baltimore-Washington International Airport. Client: Ricondo & Associates, airport planning firm.
Prepared, negotiated and managed multiple construction, vendor and other related contracts; coordinated design and construction contracts; and provided various task-based design and construction project management services for design and construction of a new 56-acre casino, retail and hotel complex in Bethlehem, PA. Client: Las Vegas Sands Corporation, owner.

As a member of the senior management team for design of the new Central Terminal Building and related infrastructure projects at LaGuardia Airport, managed design team submissions under the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Tenant Construction and Alteration Process and managed design activities specifically related to enabling phased construction.

Directed design, construction document production, and construction support services for major renovation and modernization of Terminal A at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Led all Terminal A design activities as well as various overarching design and technical advisory groups and committees that developed new architectural and engineering design standards and prototypes that were incorporated into Terminal A and the other terminal renovated as part of DFW's broader terminal modernization program.
